i don't have to be strong enough

Over the past year, this song has become my running anthem. It always seems to come on right as I'm finishing up my hardest workouts. Today was no exception. I headed out for a 9.5 mile run in beautiful weather: 55 degrees and sunny. (I actually ended up doing 11.5 miles... Whoops!) And just as I turned the corner to head back to my dorm, my song starting playing on my iPod shuffle. I said a silent thank-you to God for giving me the strength to finish my long run. Because without Him, I can do nothing.

How wonderful! I love it... there is nothing like one of these moments that rocks your world and you feel thankful for everything going on. Yesterday was a great day to run. I did a mile over what I expected to as well. :)

So awesome! :) I definitely agree about that song! I'm training for a half marathon in April, and having a song like that is just such a wonderful feeling. As a new follower, I'm excited to read more! Love in XΩ girly!

okay thank you SO much for sharing this song. i'm finding it. and downloading it. like now. its so true. and its something i need to remind myself more often - because i can't do anything without God, but that usually means that with Him i can do more than i think i can do.
