This weekend was our Chi Omega pledge retreat. Saturday was a lovely day of apple-picking at the Curtis Orchard, pumpkin-carving, and lots and lots of eating.
The best part of my weekend, however, wasn't the retreat. It was Sunday night, when I attended the Chi O Bible study. I didn't even know it existed, so finding out that there are other Christ-followers in the house was huge for me. We sat in the basement and allowed ourselves to be transparent. We talked, studied a verse from James, and ate candy. It was amazing. Really, it was.
Here are a few pictures from the weekend:
Chi O's in the apple fields!
Apple cider donuts are the best thing. Ever.
Me and Mel (same name!) with our pumpkin... Which we aptly named Mel.
Home sweet home :)
