Ah, finally - blue sky and sunshine. It's perfect weather considering today is Mother's Day. I'm currently sitting outside on our new patio furniture, listening to bossa nova and enjoying the Crystal Lite that reminds me of summer. Swoon.
This morning, my two brothers and my dad and I surrounded my mom as she opened her gifts, the best one being a bottle of Tom Ford perfume. We lounged around until it was time for Hugo's Frog Bar, our favorite Naperville restaurant. Just as we got in the car, my dad realized that he made reservations for the wrong Hugo's, which led to an impromptu trip to the city and the best Alaskan King Crab I've ever had. Seriously. It was fabulous. And the Chicago Hugo's wasn't too shabby, either - right on Rush Street:
