trying to sit out

There's plenty of feelings I don't like, but one of the worst is feeling left out. And I felt that throughout today. I'm praying for a refreshed outlook tomorrow.
However, I've learned that there are three magical cures for a bad day.
Run. Chocolate. Bubble bath.
In that order.

I read a psychological study once that said that if you're noticing that you're getting grumpy that you should stretch. It was proven to help de-grump. Although, thinking back, the subjects might have been children. I hope your remedy worked and that tomorrow is a new day full of belonging, light and love!!

I hope you're feeling better! I agree with your cures... I did two of those 3 today :o) I would have done the third, but I don't have a bath in my apartment, unfortunately :o)

i get your feeling, today i just had an exam and i think i flunked it -_-, but chocolate helped me to cheer up, kinda. haha.
